Vanilla Spice Chia Pudding

Rich in Protein and Omega-3s  

 

Produces 4-6 servings

 

2 cups                  Hemp Milk (or milk of your choice)

1/2 cup               Chia Seeds

1 tsp                     Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp                     Vanilla Extract

to taste               Maple Syrup (optional)

to taste                Pecans (optional)

 

Directions: 

 

  1. Combine the milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a large mason jar or another sealable container. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.

  2. Cover the mason jar and refrigerate overnight.  If you do not have time to wait you can refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.

  3. In the morning the chia seeds will be soft, gelatinous and ready to eat.

  4. Serve the pudding with a handful of pecans and then drizzle with maple syrup.

  5. Enjoy!
