Roasted Cabbage

Better than Garlic Bread


1                        Head of Cabbage

3 tbsp              Melted Coconut Oil

6                        Cloves of Garlic

1 tbsp              Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste




  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F

  2. Slice your cabbage into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices.

  3. Place the slices on a baking sheet.

  4. Drizzle the cabbage with the coconut oil.

  5. Use a garlic press to crush the garlic and then sprinkle the crushed garlic over the cabbage.

  6. Sprinkle the cabbage with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  7. Roast the cabbage in the oven for 30 minutes or until the middle is tender and the sides are starting to get crispy.

  8. Serve hot from the oven.

  9. Enjoy!
