Crispy Finger Food
Produces 4 Servings
1/2 bunch Kale
2 tbsp Olive oil
To taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350 F
Wash and dry your Kale thoroughly in a kitchen towel.
Separate the kale from it thick stem and tear it into large pieces.
Spread out the dry leaves on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with a little salt. Becareful not to oversalt. You can always add salt when they come out of the oven.
Bake the kale chips in the oven for 20 minutes. Make sure to take the Kale chips out of the oven before they start to turn brown. If your chip are starting to turn brown but they are still not crispy, turn off the oven and let the kale chip dry out in the cooling oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove the chips from the oven. Let them cool and then serve.
