
Cinnamon Ginger Tea
Super Anti-inflammatory
Produces 6 servings
8 cups Filtered water
1 tbsp Ginger
2 sticks Cinnamon
To taste Lemon
To taste Honey
Directions:

Grate 1 tablespoon of ginger.

Pour the water into a medium sized saucepan and bring to a boil.

Add ginger and cinnamon to the boiling water, stir and reduce to a low heat.

Let the mixture simmer for five minutes.

Turn off the heat and allow the tea to steep for ten minutes.

Strain the tea through a sieve.

Serve the tea while it is hot.

Add lemon and honey to taste.

Store the remainder of the tea in the fridge to be warmed up and served within 3 days.
