Cinnamon Ginger Tea

Super Anti-inflammatory


Produces 6 servings


8 cups                  Filtered water

1 tbsp                  Ginger

2 sticks               Cinnamon

To taste               Lemon

To taste               Honey 




  1. Grate 1 tablespoon of ginger.

  2. Pour the water into a medium sized saucepan and bring to a boil.

  3. Add ginger and cinnamon to the boiling water, stir and reduce to a low heat.

  4. Let the mixture simmer for five minutes.

  5. Turn off the heat and allow the tea to steep for ten minutes.

  6. Strain the tea through a sieve.

  7. Serve the tea while it is hot.

  8. Add lemon and honey to taste.

  9. Store the remainder of the tea in the fridge to be warmed up and served within 3 days.
