
Garlic Sauteed Cauliflower
Yummy Side Dish
Produces 6 Servings
1 head Cauliflower
4 cloves Garlic
2 tbsps Fresh Parsley
3 tbsp Olive oil or Melted Butter (Grass fed and Organic)
To taste Salt and Pepper
Directions:

Cook cauliflower in a large pot of salted boiling water for a few minutes. Cooking util the cauliflower is slightly tender but still crisp.

While the cauliflower is boiling. Finely chop the garlic and coarsely chop the parsley.

Sautee the chopped garlic on a large skillet over a medium heat.

Drain the cauliflower.

When the garlic begins to brown, add the cauliflower and parsley to the skillet.

Mix the vegetable until they are completely coated with oil.

Cover the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
