Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Delicious, Easy, Garlicky Goodness


Produces 4 Servings


2 lbs                     White or Russet Potatoes

6-8 cloves           Garlic 

2 tbsps                Fresh Parsley            

3 tbsp                  Olive oil or Melted Butter (Grass fed and Organic)       

1 tsp                     Garlic Powder

To taste               Salt and Pepper




  1. Preheat the oven to 400  F

  2. Cut the potatoes into 1" cubes

  3. Put all ingredients except for the garlic powder in a large bowl and toss until the potatoes are well coated

  4. Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder

  5. Roast the potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the potatoes are brown and crisp

  6. Use a spatula to flip the potatoes half way through the cooking process to ensure even browning

  7. Serve potatoes hot from the oven
