
Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Delicious, Easy, Garlicky Goodness
Produces 4 Servings
2 lbs White or Russet Potatoes
6-8 cloves Garlic
2 tbsps Fresh Parsley
3 tbsp Olive oil or Melted Butter (Grass fed and Organic)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
To taste Salt and Pepper
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 F

Cut the potatoes into 1" cubes

Put all ingredients except for the garlic powder in a large bowl and toss until the potatoes are well coated

Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder

Roast the potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the potatoes are brown and crisp

Use a spatula to flip the potatoes half way through the cooking process to ensure even browning

Serve potatoes hot from the oven
