Gluten-Free Breakfast Loaf

A Delicious Dense Nutty Bread 

 

1 1/2 cups          Almond flour

3/4 cup               Arrowroot powder

1/2 tsp                Baking soda

1/2 tsp                Sea salt

1/4 cup               Flaxmeal

 

4                           Eggs

1 tbsp                 Honey

1 tsp                    Apple cider vinegar

 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl

  3. In a large mixing bowl whip the eggs until frothy

  4. Stir the honey and apple cider vinegar into the egg mixture

  5. Stir dry and wet mixture together

  6. Scoop the mixture into a small loaf pan (5"x7")greased with coconut oil

  7. Bake for 30-35minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center of the loaf and come out clean

  8. Let your loaf cool.

  9. Slice and Enjoy
