
Gluten-Free Breakfast Loaf
A Delicious Dense Nutty Bread
1 1/2 cups Almond flour
3/4 cup Arrowroot powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 cup Flaxmeal
4 Eggs
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350

Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl

In a large mixing bowl whip the eggs until frothy

Stir the honey and apple cider vinegar into the egg mixture

Stir dry and wet mixture together

Scoop the mixture into a small loaf pan (5"x7")greased with coconut oil

Bake for 30-35minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the center of the loaf and come out clean

Let your loaf cool.
